Ordinary Council Meeting
A number of by-laws passed

Domestic animal regulations

Plans to prevent residents having gates leading into Parks and foreshore have been scrapped.

Rossdale Golf Club

Have the necessary 2000 ( they actually have 3000) signatures on their petition so it can be discussed in State Parliament.
Has the Golf Course complied with the Guidelines to the development of a Golf Course?
The Planning Minister will decide whether to hand the authority over to Council.
All members of Save Rossdale, protect our Environment and Open Spaces have been asked to contact MP’s

LXRA and the Mordialloc Railway precinct

Sauna on the Aspendale Foreshore

Kingston CEO and DEECA have apparently learnt a lot.
Short leases under a year and under $1500 don’t need to go through Council and can be signed off by Council Officers.

Peter Scullin Reserve

Application to remove native vegetation. Application has been lodged but not advertised yet according to Matthew Yung. Nina Earl is being vigilant and keeping us all informed.
